Mariah Esperanza is a Reiki practitioner, women’s guidance facilitator, yoga teacher, musician, and home baker devoted to illuminating love in people’s lives with embodied movement, compassionate practice, and delicious baked goods.

The daughter of a Tlaxcalan Father and a Mountain Town Mama, she works at the meeting place of two lineages: the wisdom of the kitchen and the wisdom of the body. From a young age, Mariah Esperanza was surrounded by nature and small-town living. Her surroundings were nurtured by compassion, understanding, and kindness. After seeing her family members struggle with addiction, she began to understand what may be missing from Jackson. In small communities that may only see each other at their best, she made it her mission to create safe spaces for authentic existence and resilience.

In doing this, Mariah dove straight into strengthening her education, completing her women's guidance facilitator certification, Reiki attunements, and yoga teacher training. She has held healing circles and curated embodied yoga classes. She is eager to bring more music, community gatherings, movement, and baked goods to her community.
